The company believes that a young child has a tremendous ability to comprehend and process information.
It presents concepts to young children with clarity and simplicity. Music is used in the videos to help children learn and remember.
Ms. Neumann's daughter at 15-month old spoke over 200 words including 'door', 'roll', and 'purple'. All of these concepts were
introduced to her daughter through Fundamentals, the first video produced by The First Wave, LLC.
Unique and inventive characters, called the Starlets, are introduced.
They embody educational properties such as color, as in lively little Red Star and friendly little
Orange Star, which children can relate to inherently and instinctively as they embrace the characters as personal friends.
The company's products include books, music CDs, and videos. Age appropriate information is presented simply and in
an entertaining manner in the context of a comprehensive educational program. The educational materials provide the
youngest infant to 5-year olds an easily accessible foundation in language, math, science, art, music, fine & gross motor activities and much more.
